This can be a little confusing...When you click on this icon you then enter in your name and YOUR phone number, Google Voice will then call you on your phone and when you answer the call you will press "1" and then it will connect you to us!
What can we say? at least it's free!!!

The IR system is the light source used for the Digital Ice feature. That error means either the Infrared array did in fact not turn on, or the Infrared light was not detected by the photocell. Several things could cause this. If you contact us at HR500Scanner.com, we could figure out the cause with you over the phone. Also, until it gets fixed, we have a work-around that can allow you to continue to scan, although it would be without the ability to use Digital Ice. Hope that helps!
When calibrating HR500 Pluss it fails ,and gives this error :
IR LED's failed to turn on.
Anyone know what this means? And how to fix it?
