This can be a little confusing...When you click on this icon you then enter in your name and YOUR phone number, Google Voice will then call you on your phone and when you answer the call you will press "1" and then it will connect you to us!
What can we say? at least it's free!!!

Sounds like your Rocky card has died. One thing you can try is to remove the card and the RAM on the card, and clean and shine the edge connectors with a green scrubby pad, then re-install. Make sure to keep yourself grounded to prevent static electricity. If that doesn't work, give me a call.
Hello;
We have two of these scanners and they have given us little trouble until now.
One of the units will not boot properly, we do not hear the usual sequence of beeps. Instead we hear a quick beep, beep, beeeep.
I know these beeps must mean something, however I cannot find any information.
Please if you could help us by pointing us in the right direction that would be really appreciated.
