This can be a little confusing...When you click on this icon you then enter in your name and YOUR phone number, Google Voice will then call you on your phone and when you answer the call you will press "1" and then it will connect you to us!

What can we say? at least it's free!!!

H.U.G. the Official HR500 User Group > HR 500 main fan,lamp fan and lamp has quit working

We have one working and 2 parts machines for the HR 500. Today we had the lamp and lamp fan and main fan shut down and has not come back on. We just replaced the motherboard in this machine and need some direction as to what the cause for the shut down maybe.I have tried adjusting the Potentiometer and that did not resolve the issue. any advice to solving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
