This can be a little confusing...When you click on this icon you then enter in your name and YOUR phone number, Google Voice will then call you on your phone and when you answer the call you will press "1" and then it will connect you to us!

Hi all,
I just bought a hr500 with a 3 digit serial # this past weekend. I'll have a few questions as I familiarize myself with this gigantic beast of a machine sitting on my dining room table...
The first however is: Are there updated profiles for the twain driver that apply to newer kodak films like Porta NC and Ektachrome 100VS etc?
The second is: When selecting negative or reversal film in the twain dialog, there doesn't seem to be a change in what film profiles are selectable. Is this normal behavior?
