Full-Service Support Options
For the ultimate in peace of mind, we offer a total support plan that guarantees your machine will operate with the absolute minimum of down-time.
Full-Service Support:
Full-Service Support contracts are available to cover a period of either one year, or two years. These contracts cover all neccesary parts and labor and unlimited telephone support, plus access to our member exclusive content. If your machine is located in a primary territory area covered by one of our engineers we will come onsite to repair your machine. if your machine is not in a covered territory, and we cannot resolve the problem over the phone, we will configure a newly refurbished machine to your setup and ship it to you, and you simply return your old machine to us. As these machines can be configured so many different ways, prices will be quoted on an individual basis. Please call, email, or use the Get a Quote page for a quote.
Non-Contract Onsite Support:
Onsite Full-Service Support to resolve a problem is charged at an hourly rate of $250.00 USD per hour with a minimum of three hours, plus any parts, travel, lodging, and meal expenses. Call or email for details.
Our-shop Repair Services:
Accessories, components, and/or entire machines can be shipped to us for repair in our facilities located in both California or Kansas. Labor is charged at an hourly bench rate of $160.00 USD per hour with a minimum of two hours, plus any parts required. Call or email for details.
